Workshop
This lively, fun-filled workshop is for artists of all levels,
including art enthusiasts and even the beginner-painter.
You will complete two large, complex paintings, using two
completely different styles. The lessons will show you the
art of fine, detailed painting as well as how to use lovely
large brush strokes. Techniques used include masking,
painting wet into wet, making transitions with color blends,
and mixing rich beautiful color from a limited palette.
There will be lots of one-on-one instruction and handouts
of all instruction. Starlight Ranch class sizes are kept small
to maximize enjoyment for everyone!

Joyce's still life paintings capture the elusive nature of light
and form. Her vibrant use of color and glowing reflections
of light passing through crystal and glass objects are the
